Artist Bio

Brandi was born in Edmond, OK and raised in Oklahoma. From earliest memories, she has been surrounded by creative people and creative processes. Brandi's mother was an active member of the Bartlesville Art Association, and she attended many events and classes with her.  Brandi was also involved in art classes, both private and public, throughout her childhood.

Brandi graduated with art honors from Bartlesville Highschool in 1990. In 1996, she recieved a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Oklahoma. Brandi worked in the graphic design field for several years before receiving her Elementary Education Certification in 2004.

Since then, Brandi has chose not to work in the education field but excell as a full-time mom and part-time professional artist. She has experience working in a small design firm, a large corporation, as well as the print industry. Her background in graphic design has served her well in the planning and execution of more creative visual arts.

Mural Pricing

All prices listed are for really detailed work. Lately, I have been asked for prices on simpler or more abstract work. Time designing, prep and clean up must be considered in an estimate, as well as painting. I will be happy to discuss prices with you, if you are not wanting something as detailed as I normally do.

Minimum fees are $125 for accent/border and $250 for mural unless it is a special needs or charitable org. project.

I work mainly in the Tulsa Metro area, but I am also available to work in the Edmond / OKC area without extra charge.

Portrait Pricing

The prices are for acrylic paintings on a cotton canvas with a staple free edge (you don't have to frame it!)

8"x10" $130.00

11"x14" $170-200

16"x20" $200-230

18"x24" $230-260


I will need 2 or more clear close-up photos. Home photos work better. Studio shots do not give natural lighting or shadows.

Your painting will be a life-like, detailed portrait. (Unless we discuss another style customized for you.)

But pricing does not include a detailed background. It is a quote for 1 or 2 subjects. There is an extra charge for added elements or settings.

Because painting is a large commitment, I ask for 50% deposit. The balance is due when you approve the portrait.

Any portrait, as well as other items, can be listed on Etsy. Buying through Etsy allows you to pay with Paypal or credit card.
